$2.25M Bank of America 7-Eleven ATM Fees Settlement

Bank of America accountholders charged more than one out-of-network balance inquiry fee during a single visit to an FCTI ATM at a 7-Eleven store between May 1, 2018, and Nov. 16, 2021, who did not previously receive payment in Weiss v. FCTI Inc., are eligible.

Who Qualifies

• You held a Bank of America account at any point between May 1, 2018, and November 16, 2021
• You were charged more than one out-of-network balance inquiry fee during a single visit to an FCTI-owned ATM located inside a 7-Eleven store during that period
• You have not previously filed a valid claim and received payment in the related case Weiss v. FCTI Inc.
• You are a former Bank of America accountholder — current accountholders do not need to file a claim and will be covered automatically
• You are able to provide your Bank of America account number as required proof

What You May Receive

Eligible class members may receive a proportional share of the net settlement fund. Your estimated payout will depend on the total number of valid claims filed — no specific per-claimant payment amount is available at this time. Current Bank of America accountholders do not need to take any action to receive a payment, if any is owed to them.

How to File a Claim

1. Visit the official settlement website at OONFeeSettlement.com to access the claim form. Note: current Bank of America accountholders do not need to file — only former accountholders must submit a claim.
2. Complete the claim form with your personal and account information as requested.
3. Provide your Bank of America account number as proof of your eligibility — this is required to process your claim.
