What You May Receive

Eligible claimants may receive one of the following, depending on their circumstances:

• Documented Losses: You may receive up to an estimated $3,500 in reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses related to fraud or identity theft resulting from the breach. Supporting documentation is required.
• No Documented Losses: If you do not have documented losses, you may receive an estimated $75 pro rata cash payment. Note that the actual amount may be lower depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.
• Credit Monitoring: All eligible class members may receive one year of free credit monitoring services, regardless of which claim type is submitted.
